The ceiling toilet light was out, which made the

bathroom rather dark. While this was a minor inconvenience, it was disappointing to see that housekeeping didn’t address it throughout my five-night stay. The free breakfast was a nice touch, with a popular waffle machine, but it could have been cleaner.

Breakfast had great variety and staff was incredibly friendly accommodating requests on check-in and late check-out. The room had ample space and was very comfortable.

The parking situation was tight during peak times which caused some inconvenience. Also, housekeeping seemed lacking as we found some cleanliness issues upon arrival.

I experienced several issues with the staff during my stay. They seemed overwhelmed and were often unhelpful when I requested extra towels. Additionally, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, which was disappointing given the hotel's standards.

The King Studio Suite was super comfy with a spacious bathroom! Check-in was a breeze, and I loved the varied breakfast options every morning. Only downside? Some staff seemed a bit off in their responses, but overall, a solid stay in Markham!

Management should really consider better practices for security, given the recent vehicle vandalism incidents!!! Also, the lack of night lighting in the bath area is bizarre and inconvenient!!!

the breakfast was quite good at the hampton inn, with a different meal each day and lovely ladies in the kitchen ensuring it was always fresh. it's conveniently located close to the eaton center, which made my stay even better!

It was just a balanced option for a quick stop in Markham with good price-quality ratio. I enjoyed the free 24-hour coffee in the lobby, perfect for late-night cravings. Try to explore the many dining options in the nearby plaza.

I stayed here for a basketball tournament with my son. The staff was friendly during check-in and check-out. There was a lot of seating for breakfast, which was convenient. We got a room with a king bed and a pullout, which was a nice setup. I appreciated that it was quiet at night, allowing us to sleep well. I live in New York and often seek friendly environments when traveling.

The King Room was spacious, but the cleanliness was really lacking. There were smudges on the floor and the shower was pretty gross, with an old rag just hanging there. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the smell in the room was off. It's a bummer because I've stayed at other Hamptons before and had great experiences. Wouldn't stay here again.
